Return/Exchange applies to Kashwére Direct Sales only. If you did not purchase your merchandise via Kashwére Direct Sales, then please contact the vendor where it was originally purchased. Kashwére will not accept any returned products bought outside Kashwére Direct Sales.

All returned merchandise must have the original product tags and/or stickers in place and be returned in their original packaging. All packages returned to Kashwére without the proper authorization will be automatically subject to a 5% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary.

Kashwere endeavors to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday; with the exception of any National Holiday, which will be processed on the following business day. Expedited shipping is subject to transit time only and does not include processing time.
